 Christopher Voss, an adjunct professor of business negotiation in the M.B.A. program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, former FBI Lead International Kidnapping Negotiator and owner of The Black Swan Group, will help you improve your own negotiation skills with exciting, interesting yet simple hostage negotiation techniques that can be used in the business world.

 This will be an interactive presentation with the opportunity to ask specific questions about individual negotiation challenges, plus a free one-hour private consultation with Chris to explore the art of closing your own deals.
