Georgetown’s Rokas Beresniovas named VP and relationship manager for greater Washington

Wachovia and Wells Fargo have named Rokas Beresniovas, a member of the board of the Georgetown Business Association and the Georgetown Ministry Center, the Vice President and Business Banking Relationship manager for the greater Washington area.

“In his new role, Beresniovas will be responsible for stores in the Arlington County market as well as three stores in the downtown market,” a Wachovia press release said, “Georgetown, MacArthur & Arizona and Spring Valley.”

Beresniovas has worked at the local Eagle Bank since 2007. In his new role, a Wachovia director said that he will use his relationship with the community to increase lending and business in the area.
